I don't think it's that related to the running, but I'm constantly hungry. But, maybe the whole "exercise increases your metabolism throughout the entire day" thing is really true I suppose it would make sense that I'm hungry. (though it wasn't as bad when I was working out before)
But really, what good does increasing your metabolism do if you're constantly hungry and want to eat enough to more than make up for the difference?

I've been working out 4-5 times a week for the past 6 weeks. This has happened to me, so I just make sure to have healthy things around.
I eat a WHOLE lotta salad, light popcorn, and drink a TON of water. Otherwise, I end up eating my weight in delicious cheese or sour candies. Although, a bit of cheese with the salad or popcorn helps it to last longer.
lean protein is my friend.
but I get that way too...
I've read that consistant working out actually decreases your appetite. So maybe give it some time?
Stick to some healthy stuff.
I agree with miss hass. While you metabolism may increase (and you're hungry more often), you don't want to un-do all of your hard work by consuming calorie dense foods.
